How you will contribute

Valmont is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for the Group Lead position at the Farmington site. We are looking for a highly driven individual that will effectively maintain shift operations according to established policies and procedures. Additionally, you will…

  • Serve as a point of reference for shop employees
  • Transfer work instruction from Supervisor to employees
  • Fulfill work responsibilities as directed by Supervisor
  • Actively model established safety policies and consistently seek opportunities for safety improvements.
  • Communicate with Supervisor daily to receive instruction and report on progress made.
  • Seek improvement opportunities

What it takes

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Highly qualified candidates will also possess:
