Reporting to the Global Inventory Manager, this position is responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating inventory information on established reporting frequencies. This includes monthly reporting of inventory data by international operating units, and development of database information needed to create inventory plans that support operations and business goals for inventory and customer service levels.  This position is a key participant in the SIOP process, responsible for development, presentation and approval of inventory recommendations to management and submission to SIOP.


Basic Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelors in relevant field OR Associates Degree with 3+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant  experience
  • Strong working knowledge of database management systems, statistics and analytical tools
  • Sound working knowledge of inventory, manufacturing and supply chain, including financial reporting in each area.
  • Previous experience using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software application
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

  • Conceptual, analytical and organizational skills for developing processes and procedures in addition to coordinating implementation and operation
  • Capability of effectively communicating with all levels of management as well as the ability to influence others in the absence of direct management authority.
  • Passion and integrity with the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Master’s Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain or Statistics
  • Previous work experience with QAD, Demand Solutions and BI tools
