We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Prestons NSW on a full time permanent basis. It is an exciting time to be joining our Customer Service team as we continue to push ways to innovate and find the best solutions for our customers.

Our Webforge Locker division is a leading manufacturer of metal flooring and allied products. Our product range spans from access flooring and safety barrier solution to Architectural and Extractive screening products.

From initial technical advice, quotes to order release, you will be a key liaison to clients. Day to day, you will;

• Deliver both exceptional friendly, professional service.
• Be a first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries.
• Maintaining relationships with customers.
• Working with internal stakeholders to provide support.
• Answering customer queries in regard to pricing, turnaround and technical information.
• Enter, maintain and review customer pricing and CRM.

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for our internal and external customers. 

This individual will need to have a hard-working attitude and be passionate about developing their capabilities within this space. You will also have a demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office & Excel, and following detail processes.

If you have internal sales or generalist administrative experience we highly encourage you to apply! This role will be perfectly suited to an individual that enjoys having a mix between customer service and administrative functions.
