Maintenance Helper (Weekend Shift 7am-7pm) This position is responsible for a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep the facility in good operating condition. This position will assist in the repair and maintenance of building systems, equipment and grounds. Duties include basic plumbing, painting, cleaning and other duties as needed. The Maintenance Helper must be able to work independently, take instructions from supervisors and use problem-solving skills to complete the required tasks. This position requires the ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, and to be able to work in a variety of settings.

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance-related issues
• Keep records of repair and maintenance activities
• Order materials and supplies as needed

• Mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Knowledge of general maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Ability to lift heavy objects
