How you will contribute
We are currently seeking a passionate Senior Human Resource Advisor to join our ANZ HR team on a part time basis (30 hours a week), based at one of our Auckland Sites.
Reporting into the Director Human Resources - APAC, this role will develop and support high performance people initiatives and practices for the ANZ region across all business units. This will be achieved through the provision of professional HR advice, interpreting and applying New Zealand employment legislation, awards and industrial agreements, along with coaching our leaders on industrial relations best practice.
