We are currently seeking a sales orientated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Maddington WA or Dandenong VIC on a full-time permanent basis. We supply to a range of industries and projects including Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing and Mining.
How you will contribute
As an sales-focused Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll provide dedicated sales support with a clear state focus, managing and coordinating local sales opportunities and protecting key customer relationships. You'll drive quote conversion, support State revenue targets, and strengthen collaboration between Internal and External Sales teams
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Proactively quote, follow up, and win local customer opportunities using Salesforce Cases, Fast Quote and Salesforce Pipeline.
Provide dedicated support to Gold Tier Customers, ensuring their requirements are prioritised and handled with care and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with External Reps and the State Sales Manager, sharing insights and aligning on account strategies.
Maintain visibility over local opportunities, quotes, and account needs within Salesforce.
Actively manage incoming customer enquiries, providing product, pricing, and technical support.
Contribute to conversion and sales KPIs set for the region.
Work in partnership with Estimating, Drafting, and Order Conversion Teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution.
Ensure accurate and consistent data entry in Salesforce to support forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Answering of national phone line queue enquiries
About you
You are sales and customer-focused, organised and possess a positive can-do attitude that will contribute positively to the team and customer service culture.
You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and can confidently support both technical and commercial aspects of the customer journey.
You will bring:
Experience in sales, sales support or customer service—ideally but not essential within manufacturing, steel, engineering or construction industries
Experience utilizing ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in managing customer interactions and sales-related activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM and estimating tools
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service
