A Brief Summary of This Position:

This position will be responsible for optimizing the digital commerce experience for our Dealers and Strategic Accounts within the Dealer Enablement team, focusing on enhancing our B2B Digital Platform for Aftermarket parts to drive profitable sales, improve user experience, and boost dealer satisfaction. This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Engineering, Ag IT, and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless and continuous sales growth through an exceptional digital commerce experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and analyze key B2B website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Leverage Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance and optimize digital commerce strategies for improved business outcomes.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to improve the B2B website’s interface and navigation, enhancing usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify pain points and drive continuous improvements.
  • Utilize A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize key performance metrics, including conversion rates, repurchase frequency, and basket size.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Success team to ensure effective communication and training on new site features and functionality.
  • Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of product listings, pricing, and promotional content on the B2B website.
  • Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to seamlessly launch new products and updates on the website.
  • Partner with Agricultural and Corporate IT teams to manage technical aspects of the Salesforce Commerce platform, including system integrations, payment gateways, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure platform reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive platform innovation and maintain competitiveness.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key digital commerce KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Share insights with commercial teams to enhance dealer support and communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management through reports and presentations.
  • This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed to support business objectives and collaboration.
  • This position reports to the VP of Global Dealer Enablement – Global Agriculture and has no direct reports.

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Preferred Bachelors with 5+ years relevant experience or associate’s degree with 7+ years relevant experience or 9+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital commerce analysis.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), with expertise in translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and its application for sales optimization and customer relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce) and CMS systems.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify key trends.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for staying informed on digital commerce and e-commerce technology trends.

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications

  • Strong end to end sales and sales operations understanding and background
  • Previous commercial/sales positions a plus

Working Environment and Physical Efforts:

Work is typically performed in an office setting.  The incumbent is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as talk and listen on the phone and in personal conversations or meetings. Environment is fast paced and demanding most of the time.  No travel requirements for this position.  The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms while working in the office with various files and forms and while working on the computer.  The employee is occasionally required to move about the office.  Incumbent must utilize proper ergonomic safeguards such as monitor height and positions, keyboard location and height and proper wrists rests. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds in working with large files, binders, and computer equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
