A Brief Summary of This Position:
As a Global Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution of International Operations projects and overall project delivery. You will be responsible for reviewing, planning and directing Operations and Supply Chain program and/or project initiatives. You will drive consistent process and practices across International Irrigation, resulting in predictable, measurable services. You will work with senior leaders, both internal and external, to guarantee alignment of personnel and services with priorities while creatively identifying solutions to help Operations to operate more effectively. Furthermore, you will serve as a contributor among all Global Valmont Irrigation teams to establish a common practice for project delivery.

Working Environment and Physical Efforts:
Work is typically performed in an office setting. You are required to sit for extended periods of time, and talk and listen on the phone and in personal conversations or meetings. You will use proper ergonomic safeguards such as monitor height and position, keyboard location and height, and see that proper wrist rests are used. Environment is fast paced and demanding most of the time. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required to sites both domestically and internationally. You are frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms while working in the office with multiple files and forms and while working on the computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk when moving about the office. You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds in working with large files, binders, and computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
